ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

The Town Mayor, Councillor Billy Drummond, invites all the electors of Newbury to the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Newbury, for the Annual Town Meeting.

The meeting will take place from 7.00 pm on Monday 4th April and will feature a display of key moments during the Town Council’s first 25 years, as well as the Council’s Strategy, 2019-2024.

Tea/coffee biscuits will be available and Town Councillors will be in attendance to answer any questions you might have regarding any Council business.

At 7.30 pm the Mayor will formally welcome the attendance.    

This will be followed by a presentation from Councillor Martin Colston, Leader of the Council, on the Council’s plans for the coming year.

The Mayor will then invite electors to raise any matters of concern regarding Newbury, which will be discussed at the meeting.

(Please note that 60 persons is the maximum capacity of the Council Chamber.)
