MAYOR’S FUNDRAISING CONCERT AT THE WATERSIDE!
The Mayor of Newbury is delighted to invite residents and visitors to come and enjoy and evening of music and dancing at the Waterside Youth & Community Centre.
The Mayor’s Fundraising Concert will take place on Saturday 23rd March from 7pm – 10pm, where he will be hosting a night of music while supporting two local causes – West Berkshire Homeless and The Mayor of Newbury’s Benevolent Fund charities.
Featuring an exciting line up, including local artists Bruce Hogg, Project Band and The Rokkits, the concert aims to bring the community together to raise much needed funds for two great charities.
The Mayor of Newbury expressed his enthusiasm about the upcoming fundraiser saying, "I am thrilled to bring our community together for a night of music and entertainment. I would like to thank the artists for coming along and giving their time to be part of this exciting event.”
Tickets cost £10 which includes a welcome drink upon arrival and entry into a raffle. Prizes include a private tour of Highclere Castle Gardens, a signed book by Lady Carnarvon, beers from Inn at Home and more. There will be additional opportunities to enter the raffle on the night where all funds raised will be split between the two charities.
