ADVENTURE GOLF COURSE TO OPEN IN VICTORIA PARK!

Victoria Park has a new attraction just in time for the Easter Holidays! Newbury Adventure Golf will be opening on Saturday 9 April with an 18-hole wildlife themed adventure golf course full of obstacles and exciting features.

The Mayor of Newbury, Cllr Billy Drummond will be trying out the course himself on Saturday at 11:30am to officially open the attraction!

Cllr Martin Colston, Leader of the Council said, “This will be a great addition to the great facilities we already have at Victoria Park, our ‘Jewel in Newbury’s Crown’ and together with the tennis courts, Bowls Club, splash park, skatepark and play facilities, there’s something for everyone in the right in heart of the town”.

He continued, “The new Adventure Golf facility will be located in the area between Queen Victoria and her Lions and the tennis courts, so there’ll still be plenty of green open space to enjoy in the Park”.

The facility will be open on weekends as well as school and bank holidays and if all goes well, this will be extended to 7 days a week.

You can book your place at the dedicated website: www.newburyadventuregolf.co.uk and the course is just £4.95 per person for all 18 holes.

Jack Robinson, Director at Newbury Adventure Golf said, “We are over the moon to be bringing a new and exciting activity to Victoria Park, Newbury. Our course design ensures that no-one is left out with holes to entertain all ages and abilities at an affordable price!”
