Newbury Town Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Tobias Miles-Mallowan (Toby) as its next CEO, succeeding Hugh Peacocke, who stepped down at the end of December after 7 years of dedicated service.
Toby brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to public service in this important role. As CEO, Toby will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient functioning of local services within the town and as a key point of contact for the community and other stakeholders.

He brings valuable experience to the position as well as a personal commitment to the Newbury community.
