NEW TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN SURVEY
The second round of public consultations on the Newbury Town Centre Masterplan is now live and will run for 3 weeks, ending on the 16th of July. This survey is based on the vision document that was produced from the public response to the first consultation.
