NEWBURY HAS A NEW MAYOR FOR 2024

Cllr Andy Moore OBE was elected as Mayor of Newbury for the municipal year 2024/25 at the Town Council’s annual Mayor Making ceremony on Sunday 12th May 2024. Cllr David Harman was elected to support him in the role of Deputy Mayor.

MAYOR’S FUNDRAISING SUCCESS!

Cllr Nigel Foot, former Mayor of Newbury, was delighted to announce his fundraising total in support of West Berkshire Homeless at the Town Council’s Mayor Making ceremony at the weekend.

After a year-long effort, the former Mayor was pleased to announce that the grand total from his fundraising efforts came to £2603.11!
