Newbury Town Council, in collaboration with local partners, is proud to announce a series of events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe Day), marking this pivotal moment in history with a programme of activities that honour those who contributed to the end of the Second World War.
The events, taking place from May 8th to May 10th, will bring the community together to remember, reflect, and celebrate the legacy of those who served

In an effort to support the well-being of local wildlife and enhance visitor engagement, Newbury Town Council, in conjunction with the Feed Ducks Initiative, has installed new duck feeders at Lock Island and Victoria Park.
